Next week at this time I’ll be in Korea! Every day I’m more excited about going there and to Daejeon specifically. Here’s what I’ve found out about the Korean missions:
Seoul: Everyone speaks fast and monotone. It’s further north, so it’s colder, and also, closer to North Korea.
Busan: Everyone speaks with a thick accent. Most famous for its shipping business. Lots of fish.
Daejeon: Countryside; everyone’s super polite and always speak slower, with no accent but not monotone either. Most famous for TEH BEST FOOD.
